User rights: The user's password, app password, private profile settings, private posts, private lists, private feeds, and direct messages (both sent and received) have Top Protected status, meaning Cerulean may not store this information or provide it to a third party. Non-publicly-available contact details directly shared with Cerulean have Protected status, meaning Cerulean may store and use this information, but not share it with any third party.
Cerulean's rights: Cerulean reserves the right to collect user data, including but not limited to: data transferred from Cerulean to the PDS host, Bluesky, or any other server; data received by Cerulean; user behaviour in Cerulean; and a log of errors, bugs, and crashes in Cerulean. This is exclusive of any data protected by the User rights.
